FM will provide services to approximately 450 Einstein locations across the U.S.

Under the new agreement, FM Facility Maintenance will be responsible for 24/7/365 care of Einstein's locations; management of reactive issues; scheduled/preventative maintenance; service provider management and selection; and quoted-project services. Our services include kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, fire protection systems and inspection, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and landscaping, to name a few.
