FM will provide services to approximately 450 Einstein locations across the U.S.

Under the new agreement, FM Facility Maintenance will be responsible for 24/7/365 care of Einstein's locations; management of reactive issues; scheduled/preventative maintenance; service provider management and selection; and quoted-project services.
